As part of our commitment to Product Safety it is our company policy to ensure all products meet all applicable standards in line with UK and European Legislation.
Further to our own testing with independent test laboratories showing this item conformed to all the required regulations, subsequent follow up tests have indicated some potential inconsistencies in production with traces of Bisphenol A (BPA) being detected above the limit of 0.04mg/L.
Whilst not all the ducks are affected we are taking the precautionary measure of recalling all batches of this product.
With immediate effect please can you remove this product from sale and please contact us to arrange return of these goods and we will issue a credit note accordingly.
